Cancellations

Booking confirmation with 50% deposit. Balance to be paid on arrival.

Deposit refundable if cancellation is received more than 14 days from booking.

Deposit refundable if cancellation is received within 14 days of booked date and accommodation can be rebooked.

Cancellation fee of $30 applies.

Deposit not refunded if cancellation is within 48 hours of booking.

Cottage must be left clean and tidy or a cleaning fee will be charged.

Check in time 2 pm of after.
Check out time 10am or before.

All cottages are non smoking.
